This is a great little video discussion about new science which could bring clarity and understanding the differences between how and why great teams work and how and why less effective times work. For some time network mapping and social networks have been gaining momentum obvious through technology and virtual connectedness, but the methods and approaches will gain further advance with new tech and new science like this to show real time the influences and impacts which have been hard to measure in years gone by. Much of it is obvious and observable first hand but the challenge has been to help those ineffective teams improve and to help the high performing teams continue to find improvements.
